We keep our hiring process straightforward, fair, and transparent. Here is exactly what to expect when you apply.
Submit Application
Find a role that excites you on our vacancies page. Log in or create a free candidate account, complete the application form with your details, cover letter, and answers to any role-specific questions, then submit.
Under Review
Our HR team reviews every application thoroughly — your cover letter, Roblox/Discord activity, and answers to our custom questions. This typically takes a few days.
Shortlisted
If your application stands out, you will be shortlisted and notified by email. At this stage we may conduct additional background checks or ask follow-up questions.
Invited to an Interview (If Required)
Some roles require an interview, which may take place in-game (Roblox) or via Discord. If an interview is required, you will be contacted with the date, time, and location details in advance.
Final Review
After the interview (or review, if no interview was required), our team carries out a final review of your application alongside all other candidates for the role.
Application Result
A final decision is made and you will be notified of the outcome by email. Whether successful or not, we appreciate every application.
How long does it take?
Results are dependent on any interviews and the number of applications, and can take anywhere between 7–14 days to receive a final result of your application. All updates will be emailed to you and updated in your Candidate Portal.

Do I need prior experience?
You do not need prior experience unless applying for higher senior positions, where we would ask you to first apply for a lower management position with the aim to develop and get promoted.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
You can apply for 1 position per company. If you are interested in roles across multiple Celora Holdings companies, you may submit one application per company.
What happens if my application is rejected?
If your application is rejected you can apply again after 7 calendar days from the point of rejection for that specific company. Once this time has passed you are welcome to apply for a new position. You will receive an email notification when the 7-day period has ended.
How are Robux payments made?
Once you have been onboarded and employed for a minimum of 1 calendar month and completed your training, you will be paid monthly into your Roblox account as long as all requirements for payment have been met.
Is an interview always required?
Interviews are not always required and are at the discretion of the recruitment team. Interviews are more widely used for higher and senior positions within our companies.
What if I have additional needs?
If you have any additional needs you can let us know through the Account Settings page on the Candidate Dashboard. Our HR team will be able to see this and offer inclusive support during your potential employment.

You can review updates through the Candidate Dashboard and via emails issued by our recruitment team.
Can I withdraw my application?
You can withdraw your application at any time through the Candidate Dashboard, or contact our recruitment team for support.
Can I save my application and come back to it?
You can save your application at any time and it will be accessible through the Candidate Dashboard for you to go back to and edit before submission. Email reminders are issued for unsubmitted saved applications.
